Mountainside Chapel Farm
During the pandemic, as part of "the great resignation" movement, I walked away from a successful career with the state and transitioned toward a more rewarding, slower life and becoming an entrepreneur. From that, Mountainside Chapel Farm was born in 2023. My husband, of 30+ years, and I live in a small country church on the side of a mountain in West Virginia with our three dogs, three cats, two goats, and six chickens - hence, the name Mountainside Chapel Farm seems to cover all the bases. On our hobby farm we strive to become more sustainable - I grow medicinal herbs, we garden and can the vegetables we grow, my husband hunts on our 36 acres, and this is where I started creating natural skin and hair care products in my kitchen. I have expanded my original product line to include herbal teas and non-toxic household cleaning products.

I am perpetually taking classes and working toward becoming an herbalist and will gradually incorporate more herbal remedies into my business. I am blessed that I am able to spend my days doing what makes me happy - I am passionate about providing non-toxic products to people who want to do better for themselves and their families.
As each has received a gift, use it to serve one another, as good stewards of God's varied grace. 1 Peter 4:10
